In order to address your goals in a way that will work for you, there are some important information gathering steps. For each of the coaching packages offered, you will be asked to complete a Nutrition and Lifestyle questionnaire, and a three day food diary. The information provided will then be analysed, and during our initial consultation, I may ask some additional questions in order to gain a full understanding of your current diet and lifestyle. You will receive a detailed dietary analysis report, and together, we will create your action plan. Not only will we be addressing your nutrition, but will also look at exercise, sleep, stress, mindset, your self accountability and support.
