Method
Make your toast (use sourdough bread or a wholemeal seeded bread).
Place a small handful of rocket leaves on the toast.
Use a fork to roughly mash half an avocado and spread on top of the rocket leaves.
Top with slices of ripe tomato, a few more rocket leaves and black and white sesame seeds.

- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful rocket
- 1 slice toast
To serve:
- sesame seeds
- more rocket leaves
