Place the oats, chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup in a saucepan and put on a low heat. Stir at regular intervals.
Spread out the flaked almond on a baking sheet and place under the grill or in a hot oven for 5 - 10 minutes, checking regularly, toasting until they start to get a little darker in colour.
If making the chocolate sauce fresh, do this while the porridge is cooking. (Recipe here)
Once the oats are soft and all the almond milk has been absorbed, place the porridge in a bowl and top with the cashew butter, chocolate sauce and toasted almonds.
