Method
Place all the ingredients, apart from the water, in a blender or food processor, and blend until everything is finely ground.
Slowly add water a little at a time until the mixture begins to bind together.
Empty the mix onto a sheet of baking paper, and press the mixture together to form a rectangular block.
Cut into 10 bar shapes, wrap in the baking paper and leave in the fridge to firm up.
